Wrong watch sent

Ordered my grandson the air force wings watch and received the navy watch. Have called and emailed 3x in a month to get this resolved. Being told the watch comes from Bulova and so far no resolution. I am not asking for a refund I just want the correct watch and to send the wrong one back. Airforcegear sold me this watch not Bulova and therefore they need to correct the issued.
